    Sit with the entrepreneur, hear the story, and run a guided diagnostic of customers, people, processes and numbers.

    Weeks 2–3

    Capture it in FUSION

    Organise everything that matters into the FUSION app, so the business finally has one clear picture of itself.

    Mid-point

    Spot the opportunities

    Complete the AI in Business course and find the repetitive work that is quietly eating the team's time.

    Final weeks

    Build and hand over

    Present your ideas, build the chosen automations with the team, and leave the business running smarter than you found it.
