FUSION ESD Program

An eight-session growth strategy programme built around the entrepreneur's actual business

FUSION combines full working sessions, a practical operating system, contextual AI support, and peer accountability. Entrepreneurs build the strategy and the disciplines to execute it while capturing the work in the FUSION app.

Programmes can run over 10 to 24 months and can be curated for broad entrepreneur groups or specific sectors, including financial services intermediaries.

From learning into action

The link between learning and running the business

Every session is a full working day. Delegates work on their own market, numbers, people, processes, and priorities, then capture each decision inside FUSION.

Between sessions, they use the app to keep priorities visible, run meetings, solve issues, and draw on the FUSION AI Coach and five Expert AI Advisors. Monthly check-ins, an observed fortnightly business meeting each month, and peer learning in groups of ten help embed the system.

Inspired by proven thinking

FUSION is inspired by highly respected entrepreneurship models including MIT's Disciplined Entrepreneurship, adapted for South African entrepreneurs and the realities of their businesses.

Eight full working days

Every session is a full day of active work: enough depth to build a growth strategy and put it into practice, not a course you sit through and forget.

Honest conversations, safe room

A confidential, trusted environment where entrepreneurs test each other's numbers, priorities, and plans at every session.

The app keeps the work moving

Delegates build their business operating system in the FUSION app during each session, then use the FUSION AI Coach and Expert AI Advisors between sessions to manage the business and put decisions into action.

A peer group that outlasts the program

The program ends with the formation of a peer accountability group designed to help each other keep FUSION running.

Why the FUSION programme is different

01

The business is the coursework

Entrepreneurs work on their own market, numbers, people, processes, and priorities, not a generic case study.

02

The work continues after each session

Every decision is captured in the FUSION app and becomes part of how the business is managed between sessions.

03

Advice comes with context

The FUSION AI Coach and Expert AI Advisors work from the business information already built inside FUSION.

04

Accountability is built into delivery

Full working days, check-ins, observed meetings, and peer learning turn good intentions into an operating rhythm.

05

Progress is visible and measurable

The programme tracks financial performance and the disciplines that make growth repeatable.

06

Capability stays with the entrepreneur

The result is not a report on a shelf, but a system the entrepreneur and team can continue to run.

The programme

A blend of in-person and virtual working sessions

The programme runs as a blend of in-person and virtual working sessions, covering the eight pillars and the five core business functions. The programme closes with an Experience Sharing Day and a tested Growth Strategy for the year ahead.

The eight FUSION pillars — Clarity, Priorities, The Market, Scorecard, Issues, Accountability, Process, and Governance — built across the five core business functions

What changes are measured

Financial impact

  • Revenue growth, tracked monthly against each entrepreneur's own baseline
  • Gross profit margin, and the gap between gross and net margin
  • True cost per unit or job, and whether pricing covers it with room to spare
  • Lead generation numbers and conversion rate at each stage of the pipeline
  • Cash runway, and whether a working cash buffer has been built
  • AI opportunities identified in the process pillar, and how many are implemented

Discipline, focus, and people

  • Whether the fortnightly meeting rhythm is running, and whether issues are solved at the root cause
  • Clarity of roles and responsibilities, measured against a completed Accountability Chart
  • How many people are confirmed to fit their role, and changes made across the team
  • Compliance and governance risks closed, including high-risk gaps actually resolved
  • Ongoing participation in the peer accountability Forum group after the program ends
